HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

• By Phone, please call (852) 2556-7932
    (Mon-Fri, From 10 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. & 2 - 6 p.m.)
    (Sat, From 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.)
   

• By Fax, please fill in the Order Form and fax it to (852) 2897-3063.

• By Mail, please complete the Order Form and mail it to us together with the bank pay-in slip or crossed cheque payable to "CHERISH CO.":

• By E-mail, please fill in the Order Form and submit it to sales@cherish.com.hk

Upon receipt of your order, we will contact you to confirm your order and delivery date.

DELIVERY CHARGES & TERMS & CONDITIONS

Delivery Date.  We will usually deliver the order within 7 days upon receipt of your Order Form and related payment in full.  Final confirmation is subject to Cherish Co.'s schedule.

• Delivery will be made from Monday to Saturday (except Saturday afternoon & Public holidays)

• Delivery will be suspended if black rainstorm signal/typhoon signal No. 8 or above is hoisted.

Delivery Service is available for Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories (excluding restricted areas, Tung Chung, Chek Lap Kok and outlying islands).

Delivery Charges vary with the following areas:

Commercial & Industrial Area

Residential Area

• If there is a failure to deliver due to incomplete and incorrect information supplied by the customer, Cherish Co. will not bear any responsibilities or losses.

• Orders once accepted by Cherish Co. are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• If the product is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you and make the necessary arrangement accordingly.

Self Pick Up at our office, no purchase limit or surcharge will be imposed.  Payment can also be made at the time of picking up the goods.

(Please disregard the followings if payment is made at the time of picking up the goods.)

*In Person, please present your HKID/Passport for collection.
*By Representative, please bring along the followings:
        - HKID/Passport of Representative
        - HKID/Passport Copy of Customer (which bears the name of the Customer)
        - Authorization Letter of Customer
*Please take your order within 60 days from date of purchase.  Otherwise, your order will be considered forfeit and no refund or exchange can be made.

PAYMENT METHOD

Cash on Delivery.  Cash only.  Sorry that cheque will not be accepted.

    *Please write down your name, contact no., product code and order quantity on the bank pay-in slip

By Mail, please send bank pay-in slip or crossed cheque payable to "CHERISH CO." together with the Order Form to:

    *Please write down your name, contact no., product code and order quantity at the back of the cheque or bank pay-in slip.
    *Please do not send cash.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All goods sold are non-refundable.

• For special arrangement and multi-destination delivery, please call our Order Hotline at 2556-7932.

• Should the merchandises be found defective at Cherish Co.'s responsibility, exchange of merchandises (in the original package) can be arranged provided that customer informs us within 7 days after receipt of merchandises, and the receipt of merchandises will be served as proof of purchase.

• Cherish Co. reserves the right to amend terms & conditions at anytime without prior notice and to make final decision on all matters of dispute.
